As BIPOC Mental Health closes, I want to leave you with some tools that you can take with you on your road to mental well–being. I hope that you’ll try some of these tips or check out some of the resources.

Journaling

Research Vitamins and Supplements
I, personally, have been taking Ashwagandha for the past few months. I’ve seen significant improvement in my frequency of overthinking. Vitamin B and D have also been linked to improving mental health.
Explore Physical Therapeutic Options
I’ll be honest; I wasn’t expecting this trick to work. I have utilized cold therapy and weighted blankets to assist anxiety outbreaks quickly. Next time you feel anxious, grab a ziplock bag and some ice and place them on your chest. On the other hand, you made consider investing in a weighted blanket for the nights that your mind may be disrupting your sleep.
